Freshdesk ticket agents now show up as sub-rows under their provider in the sidebar SUPPORT section, the way spawned sub-agents nest under a pane. Click one to open its ticket and bring its agent up in the drawer; right-click to stop it.
You can drop a file or screenshot straight onto the embedded agent terminal in a Freshdesk ticket drawer to hand it the path, the same as the main terminal panes.
A project whose folder was deleted on disk now says so in the pane, showing the missing path and a Try again button, instead of leaving an empty terminal that reads as "nothing happened".

The embedded agent terminal in a Freshdesk pane no longer renders scrambled after you switch to another pane and back. It used to stay garbled until you resized the window; it now repaints correctly right away.
