A Freshdesk ticket with a long conversation now shows its latest message. Only the first part of a deep thread was ever loaded, so on a ticket with dozens of replies the newest message stayed out of reach with blank space below the thread. OpenSolo now fetches the full conversation, so the thread opens on the most recent reply like an email client.

An agent running in a ticket's drawer keeps its history when you browse other tickets. Clicking a ticket without an agent used to tear the drawer down, so returning to the agent's ticket showed a blank terminal until you resized the window, with its scrollback gone. The agent now stays alive in the background while you read other tickets, and its full history is still there when you come back.
